At Surprenant, Beneski & Nunes, P.C. , we believe that exceptional legal counsel goes hand-in-hand with exceptional client service. Fiorella Vance is the Client Service Manager, dedicated to ensuring that every client’s experience with the firm is seamless, supportive, and positive. She oversees the initial phases of client onboarding, from first contact to ongoing communication until clients decide to hire the firm, striving to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Fiorella is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their journey with the firm.

What is something your client’s have to deal with that you want to fix?
A high number of our prospects/clients call during a time of crisis as opposed to preparing their affairs in a timely manner. I would like to help minimize their anxiety and stress and make their process with our office as simple and smooth as possible to give them peace of mind.
How would you convey to a prospective client how you participate in the firm’s team approach?
I am one of the first interactions the client will have with our team. I will explain the process to the client and gather the information needed for a smooth transition to the next team member – namely the initial meeting with the attorney.
What do you like about working at the firm?
While we are a small/mid-size firm, I like that there is more than one attorney on staff and always an attorney available to help in a crisis or advisory manner. The partners and managers of the firm are compassionate and welcoming people and always put family first. The flexible work environment helps staff deal with any personal issues they may have and not worry about their job safety.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
During my time away from the office I enjoy spending it with my family and friends whenever possible. I have 3 daughters away at college and my family lives far away as well so facetime has definitely become a large part of our lives. I enjoy sightseeing, exploring new places, meeting new people and of course good food!
What do you want our clients to know about you?
I moved to Massachusetts with my husband and 3 daughters shortly before starting work with S&B. My daughters are grown now and currently in college.
We are very proud of their accomplishments and cherish all the time we are able to spend together. We cherish the friends who have become family along our life travels and enjoy visiting our family in Canada.
Even though my legal background was mainly in Canada, I have made large strides and have been given the opportunity to grow with S&B.
S&B has been soo supportive of my career that they are giving me the opportunity to work from home (in California) where my husband and I recently moved.
