What do you like about working at the firm?

I love how strong of a bond our team has, the appreciation Dan and Michelle show their employees, and just my work in general. I enjoy doing MassHealth and knowing my work made a difference in someone’s life.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and boyfriend. In the summers we enjoy spending time on his boat, and in winters, we enjoy going up north to New Hampshire.

What are 3 positive words you think people might use to describe you?

Nice, empathetic, funny

What do you want our clients to know about you?

I have 2 cats, Duke and Lola, and I live with my boyfriend Chris, in New Bedford. I am the first one in my family to graduate college, obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Later, I earned my Paralegal certificate at Boston University. I love spending summers at the beach and on my boyfriend’s boat, and winters up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, tubing and snowmobiling. I used to figure skate when I was a kid.

I served and bartended for 7 years, before joining the team at Surprenant, Beneski & Nunes. I still serve two nights per week at the restaurant I have been working at for 5 years (Knuckleheads).

What’s your favorite local spot?

The beach.
