About Erin L. Nunes, Esq.

Erin L. Nunes is a reliable, empathetic, and knowledgeable advocate for her clients. Navigating tax minimization and the path of long-term care for loved ones is complex and often filled with unreliable information. Erin helps her clients cut through the noise, narrow their goals, and create and implement solutions that bring peace of mind and value beyond dollars and cents. Every prospective client she meets is someone’s mother, father, sister, brother, or child, and she treats them the way she would want her own family treated—with respect, courtesy, understanding, and patience.

In more than two decades with the firm, Erin has developed not only a deep understanding of elder law and estate planning but also insight into the internal processes necessary to provide clients with the highest quality services. She has had the opportunity to refine the firm’s operations to better meet client needs, ensuring that every client walks away with the highest level of satisfaction in the guidance and support they receive. Erin looks forward to expanding her influence over the business and continuing to provide exceptional services to clients.

What is something your client’s have to deal with that you want to fix?

Uncertainty. While none of us has a crystal ball, I look forward to helping clients prepare and plan for as many of life’s uncertainties as possible.

What are your personal values that drive you?

Love for my family and wanting to provide them with the best life I can. A desire to educate/help others so that they know what risks and challenges they may face and how to plan for them. I’m driven by my desire to lead and guide…my family, my clients, and my team.

If you had a theme song, what would it be?

“Eye of the Tiger…I don’t know why, but every time I hear this song I am inspired to be the best version of myself possible!”

What do you want our clients to know about you?

Husband, Anthony, son, and twin daughters. Come from a big family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

What’s your favorite local spot?

I love pizza from MaRaffa’s, and Metro Pizza for a quick and delicious salad. Apponagansett Beach/Playground for family fun.
