I was in good hands!

Due to an accident, my elderly mother needed to be placed in a long-term care facility. To complicate the process, I live in Minnesota. Without assistance, I would not have been able to maneuver through the jungle of documents and applications to get my mother’s nursing home care covered by MassHealth. With Attorney Dan Surprenant and Case Manager Silvia Sales I was in good hands! I worked most closely with Silvia and found her to be professional, highly knowledgeable, tenacious when the need arose, and empathetic. I don’t tend to hand out 5 star ratings casually, but Silvia and Dan definitely deserve it.
